Lucy Sha is currently Strategic Marketing Director, Asia Pacific at Catalent Pharma Solutions, responsible for all Catalent’s new market development strategy and marketing communications in Asia. As part of Catalent’s APAC leadership team, she also supports Catalent facilities in Australia, China, Japan and Singapore. Lucy has 15+ years marketing and product management experiences across life sciences, medical device and pharmaceutical industry. She had led and coached marketing teams in US, Europe and Asia Pacific region and championed multiple new brands and new product launches globally. She has managed broad B2C portfolio of products including reagents, software, instruments and B2B services for pharma and consumer health industry. She was also a key member of teams in evaluation, decision and integration of several merger/acquisitions throughout her career with Amersham Pharmacia, GE Healthcare and Catalent. Lucy holds MBA in Marketing and International Business, MS in Biochemistry from Case Western Reserve University and B.S. in Biochemistry from Nankai University. She was also a patent inventor when working in R&D at Amersham Life Sciences.
